How NPCI UPI URI Scheme Works
When any UPI scanner camera reads the QR code, it decodes an official NPCI URI format structured as follows:
The Virtual Payment Address (VPA) linked to your bank account (e.g. mobile@paytm or name@okicici).
Specifies the exact payment amount in Rupees. If omitted, the scanner app asks the payer to enter an amount.
